All these ovens are made of stainless steel on the inside, controlled by a digital microprocessor with a liquid crystal display, have a temperature range from +5°C above the ambient temperature up to +100°C, feature a heating function, as the temperature inside the chamber is always higher than that of the environment, have RS232 and USB type inputs for connection to a PC and printer, an input for the use of an additional sensor in the chamber, the ability to adjust the fan operation, a certificate of proper functioning from the manufacturer, and a manual in Greek.
