All these ovens are controlled via a digital microprocessor with a liquid crystal display, have a temperature range from 0\u00b0C to +10\u00b0C or from -10\u00b0C to +10\u00b0C (depending on the version and type of software), operate exclusively with forced air circulation, feature a cooling system and polyurethane foam insulation to maintain the temperature in the chamber regardless of environmental conditions, have a defrosting function, automation for deactivating components at the end of a program, overheating protection class 1.0 according to DIN12880, RS232 and USB type inputs for connection to a PC and printer, an input for using an additional sensor in the chamber, a certificate of proper operation from the manufacturer, and an instruction manual in Greek.<\/p>\n

Subsequently, these ovens can be customized to meet the user's needs regarding the chamber capacity (from 68 to 1460 liters), the internal construction material (stainless steel or aluminum) and external material (stainless steel type INOX with different finishes or with electrostatic painting), the type of door (single or double \u2013 with or without a viewing window), the ability to adjust the fan operation, the load each shelf can bear, the presence or absence of an additional PT100 temperature sensor, the software version, and numerous other parameters.<\/p>\n
