All these ovens are made of stainless steel on the inside, controlled by a digital microprocessor with a liquid crystal display, have a temperature range from +5\u00b0C above ambient temperature up to +250\u00b0C, feature a heating function, pre-installed sterilization programs, overheat protection class 2.0 according to DIN12880, automatic door locking during operation, RS232 and USB ports for connection to a PC and printer, an input for using an additional sensor in the chamber, the ability to adjust the fan operation, a certificate of proper functioning from the manufacturer, and an instruction manual in Greek.<\/p>\n

Subsequently, these ovens can be customized to meet the user's needs regarding the chamber capacity (from 56 to 1005 liters), natural or forced air circulation, the external construction material (stainless steel type INOX or with electrostatic painting), the load each shelf can bear, the presence or absence of a glass observation window on the chamber door, the presence or absence of an additional PT100 temperature sensor, the software version, and numerous other parameters.<\/p>\n
