Main applications:
Long term storage of samples and biological research materials
Storage of easily decomposable materials
Cold resistance testing (e.g., construction materials: cement, wood, etc.)
Pre-cooling
All these ovens are controlled via a digital microprocessor with a liquid crystal display, have a temperature range from -25°C to 0°C, from -40°C to 0°C (depending on the version and type of software), and now ultra-freezers have also been added to the product list, which reach up to -86°C.They operate with natural or forced air circulation, feature a cooling system, polyurethane foam thermal insulation to maintain the temperature in the chamber regardless of environmental conditions, RS232 and USB ports for connection to a PC and printer, an input for the use of an additional sensor in the chamber, the ability to adjust the fan operation, a certificate of proper functioning from the manufacturer, and an instruction manual in Greek.
Subsequently, these ovens can be customized to meet the user's needs regarding the chamber capacity (from 85 to 299 liters), the internal construction material (stainless steel or plastic) and external material (stainless steel type INOX with different finishes or with electrostatic painting), the load that each shelf can bear, the presence or absence of an additional PT100 temperature sensor, the software version, and numerous other parameters.
